Request reports and records under the Colorado Open Records Act and the Colorado Criminal Justice Records Act.

Requesting Records

The Eads Police Department is committed to transparency. Members of the public may request copies of incident reports, accident reports, and other criminal justice records in accordance with Colorado law.

Some records may be redacted or withheld to protect victims, ongoing investigations, or personal information as permitted by the CCJRA.

  1. 01Include your full name, mailing address, and a phone number or email where we can reach you.
  2. 02Describe the records you are requesting, including any case number, date, location, and names involved.
  3. 03Email your request or deliver it in person to the station at 1212 Maine St. You will be contacted regarding availability and any applicable fees.
